Ingredients

- 2 lbs clementines (unpeeled)
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
Instructions
- Peel clementines and remove seeds.
- Put clementine sections into food processor and pulse until a smooth puree forms.
- Pour puree, mango juice, sugar, honey, and lemon juice into a pot. Whisk together.
- Cook down on medium low heat until puree mixture thickens. About 1 hour. Whisk occasionally.
- Let cool. Place into a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

Use within 7-14 days.
