Clementine Mango Jam with Biscuits

Our mango and clementine jam is light, refreshing, and versatile. The blend of fresh clementines and mango juice brings together a citrusy and sweet jam. Using this uniquely flavored jam, we were inspired to incorporate it as part of two more delicious recipes (coming soon!) in addition to the one featured here.

We started off with a freshly baked batch of our favorite biscuits from Joanna Gaines warm just out of the oven and spread on some Arethusa butter to melt. We topped off these fluffy biscuits with a generous dollop of our citrusy jam. Definitely a comfort food! These are perfect for a light breakfast or as part of a weekend brunch complemented by a chilled mimosa or freshly squeezed orange juice. Add a slice of ham off the bone right on top of the biscuits and jam to create a wonderful addition to a bridal shower buffet. Looking to plan an afternoon tea with friends? Well, these biscuits will pair excellently with a variety of teas. Of course, the possibilities are endless! If you develop a creative recipe using this jam, we’d love to hear from you! Comment below or on Facebook or tag us on Instagram to let us know!

Look ahead for TWO more future recipes featuring our mango clementine jam coming in the next two weeks!
