Description
The perfect weeknight meal that’s healthy, incredibly tasty, and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 lb of Norwegian Salmon (thick cut side) (4 ounces per person)
- 1 navel orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon garlic oil
- 1 – 2 sprigs fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian coral course salt
Instructions
- Drizzle 1-2 teaspoons garlic olive oil on a large baking tray covered with aluminum foil or a silicone baking mat.
- Lay the salmon on the baking tray (skin side down) and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Arrange thinly sliced orange and lemon pieces on top. See photo for placement.
- Next layer on sprigs of fresh dill on top of the orange and lemon slices.
- Finish off with a sprinkling of Hawaiian coral course salt
- Bake in a preheated 350F degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Basmati rice is a wonderful accompaniment to the salmon as well as our roasted asparagus.
