Banana Smoothies – 2 ways

Having a handful of peeled and frozen bananas in your freezer allows you to whip up these two delicious smoothies in about 5 minutes and, with only 5 ingredients or less, these drinks are simple and easy to prepare!

Peanut butter and chocolate are always a great pair and adding in Greek yogurt makes for a drink that is thick, creamy and great for a quick and filling breakfast.

Take two! Pairing the banana with some vanilla ice cream and almond milk makes for a much sweeter drink that’s perfect for a mid-afternoon or late-night snack!

Peanut Butter, Banana, and Chocolate Smoothie

  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. skim milk (can substitute any type of milk)

Banana and Vanilla Ice Cream Smoothie  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 c. almond milk (can substitute any type of milk)
  • 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
